Job summary

Binus School in Tangerang Selatan seeks a dedicated Guidance and Counseling professional to support student guidance, welfare and academic development under the Head of Guidance and Counseling.

The role involves facilitating counseling, advising teachers and parents, coordinating with external agencies and contributing to curriculum implementation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience; location is Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Two years of relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and pursuit of the schools goals and Strategic Plan.
• Support the Head of Guidance and Counseling in the general management of the Department.
• Foster parental and community involvement in the educational program of the School.
• Participate actively in the Schools co-curricular activities and attend official School functions when requested by the Head of Department.
• Support coordinator in the preparation, management and monitoring of standards and procedures.
• Suggest policies and procedures to facilitate effective provision of guidance and counseling services.
• Periodically evaluate policies and procedures and suggest amendments to Principal and Vice Principals when necessary.
• Consistently implement school policies, rules and regulations.
• Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance and behavior.
