BINUS School Serpong in Indonesia seeks a dedicated Guidance and Counseling assistant to support the Head of Guidance and Counseling, promote student well-being, and foster parental and community involvement.

The role includes assisting with policy implementation, running counseling sessions, coordinating workshops, and liaising with teachers and external agencies to support student development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (S1).
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Experience in school guidance and counseling is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the efficient and effective application of all policies and procedures related to student guidance and counseling in the school.
• Assist the Head of Guidance and Counseling in the general management of the Department.
• Foster parental and community involvement in the educational program of the School.
• Participate actively in co-curricular activities and attend official School functions when requested by the Head of Department.
• Support the coordinator in the preparation, management and monitoring of standards and procedures.
• Suggest policies and procedures to facilitate effective provision of guidance and counseling services.
• Guidance & counseling operational activity: assist in planning, implementation and evaluation of guidance and counseling programs.
• Provide counseling and guidance for staff and students as required.
