Job summary

Enlight School in Bali is seeking a creative, experienced Curriculum Developer to enhance and organize our K–12 curriculum. You will work with school administration and teachers to ensure rigor, engagement, and alignment with recognized standards.

You will develop learning sequences, assessments, rubrics, and support STEM/STEAM and project-based learning; contribute to Cognia accreditation readiness and continuous school improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and revising K-12 curriculum.
• Ability to align with CCSS/NGSS and American curriculum standards.
• Experience creating rubrics and assessments.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and administration.
• Familiarity with Cognia accreditation process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise K-12 curriculum, units, lessons, and learning sequences.
• Align curriculum with CCSS, NGSS, and American standards.
• Develop learning objectives, essential questions, vocabulary, activities, assessments, and rubrics.
• Create engaging student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, collaboration, and communication.
• Develop and review tests, quizzes, projects, reading comprehension assessments, and performance tasks.
• Ensure progression of skills from grade to grade.
• Review existing curriculum and identify gaps or repetitions.
• Develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities, including STEM/STEAM and project-based learning.
• Support curriculum materials for elementary, middle, and high school.
• Review textbooks and digital resources; ensure effective classroom implementation.
• Provide curriculum guidance, examples, and support to teachers.
• Analyze student performance and feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Maintain curriculum documentation, scope and sequences, standards maps, and assessment materials.
• Research current educational practices and incorporate effective strategies.
• Assist with Cognia accreditation and continuous school improvement.
