Leveraging the success of its world-famous Academy in the South of France, Mouratoglou has extended its coaching methodology beyond borders since 2020. Through its existing 15 centers in Greece, Malaysia, Italy, China, the UAE, the United States & Indonesia, players of all ages and levels can enjoy the unique Mouratoglou experience worldwide.
As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Tennis Coaches (F/M) to join our ambitious and dynamic international division in Asia.
KEY MISSIONS
- Deliver the ultimate coaching experience carrying tailor-made training sessions to all audiences from recreational to high performance players.
- Embody the Mouratoglou coaching philosophy and carry out the brand’s image to new clients beyond the tennis center.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality instruction (private and clinics) for all levels and ages, recreational through high performance.
- Design, schedule and improve tailor-made sessions for target groups according to their skills and objectives.
- Assist and engage in promotional events to grow member interest and expand the Mouratoglou brand image.
- Create and sustain a client’s network to promote the center’s activities and events.
- Manage the follow-up of customer satisfaction surveys and encourage clients to complete them
- Contribute to the Mouratoglou’s brand image by:
- Transmitting the Mouratoglou coaching methodology.
- Implementing the sports policy defined by the company.
- Being proactive and creative.
- Respecting scheduled hours.
- Maintaining a flawless attitude and behavior in all circumstances.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and readiness of courts and facilities before each session.
- Perform other duties as required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Ability to speak English fluently is compulsory. Additional languages are highly esteemed.
- Business or Management degree is valued (Bachelor, Masters…).
- Proof of professional tennis certification is required (ITF, USTA, PTR, USPTA, FFT…).
- Recommendation letters from former employers are accepted.
- Demonstration of extensive knowledge about tennis and sports industry is mandatory.
- Proof of:
- USTA rating 4.5 and above
- UTR 9 and above
- National ranking
- International ranking (ITF, WTA, ATP)
