Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the basic design and maintenance of technology architecture under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support senior architects and IT teams in the implementation of IT solutions.
• Perform entry-level technical analysis and reporting on IT systems and applications.
• Assist in the documentation of technical requirements and architecture designs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of system integration, security, and backup plans.
• Ensure adherence to established architecture standards and best practices.
• Provide support for basic troubleshooting and resolution of architecture-related issues.
• Participate in learning and applying industry best practices in technology architecture.
• Assist in the monitoring and optimization of IT system performance.
• Support the testing and documentation of disaster recovery plans and backup procedures.
• Engage with vendors and external partners to gain experience in technology implementation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and tools by providing feedback and suggestions.
• Stay informed on basic industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the role.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to contribute to the development of IT strategies.

Management Support Activities

• Provide report to direct Supervisor.
• Sugest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
