Junior Talent Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, maintain, and coordinate our talent for our Tiktok channel through various strategies.
• Manage relationships with current hosts and on-camera talent, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that all content aligns with our brand messaging and goals.
• Collaborate with the live & video production to develop creative concepts and ideas for on-camera talent and host-driven content.
• Work with the account executive team to ensure that all on-camera content is effectively translated into high-quality content.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the performance of host-driven content and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media content creation, and hosting.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to talent management, including scheduling and coordinating shoots, managing payment, and maintaining contact databases.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with hosts/talent and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Tiktok.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Willing to work from the office at Taman Tekno, BSD, Tangerang.
