Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Commit to a 3‑month internship period.
• Proficient in structural design software.
• Know building codes (SNI, ACI, ASCE, AISC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
• Willing to work at AMODA's Menteng, Central Jakarta office, four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural modeling for projects.
• Conduct load calculations and structural analysis.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and drafters for integration.
• Calculate material requirements and prepare BOQ/RAB.
• Stay updated with building codes and sustainable design practices.
