A growing juice company in Jakarta is seeking an Administrative Staff to manage data, document invoices, and assist with customer service. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in administration, is proficient in Google Docs and MS Office, and possesses excellent communication skills. This full-time role is based in Kemang, South Jakarta.
Manage data related to reconciliation and administration
Document and issue invoices, handle customer service
Data entry and management, manage marketplace
Assist operational tasks (warehouse, QC)
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience as admin or related field
D3 / S1 / SMA / SMK in Administration or Accounting
Proficient in using Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and able to work accurately under pressure
Placement in Kemang, South Jakarta (Full-Time)
