About The Role: Assisting the Sous Chef in overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations. Requires a skilled and creative culinary professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and upholding food safety standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Junior Sous Chef Wok Section or a related role, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food presentation, and menu development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Fluent in English and other languages is a plus.
  • Has commitment to delivering exceptional service.
