Job summary

IIX Global is seeking a Junior Executive, Social Media & Content to run day-to-day execution of our social media presence and support multi-channel campaigns. Working under the Senior Marketing Executive/AVP, you will plan and publish content, write copy, manage online communities, and track performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email, and the IIX website.

The role supports brand awareness and lead generation for our Women’s Livelihood Bond Series and Orange Movement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; digital marketing certifications are a plus.
• 5-7 years in social media, content, or digital marketing (in-house, agency, or internships); B2B or nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Excellent written English with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy for professional audiences.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook business tools; familiarity with scheduling tools, Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn Advertising, Canva, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the monthly social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
• Draft social media copy, captions, short posts, and blog content aligned with brand and campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond or escalate as needed.
• Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, launches, and events.
• Build and schedule email newsletters and lead-nurturing campaigns; update blog posts and pages.
• Track performance with platform analytics, GA, and advertising tools; prepare monthly reports.
• Conduct audience and trend research; propose new content formats based on data.
