Job summary

Durianpay is hiring a Security Operations Analyst to monitor cloud security solutions, triage alerts, and support incident response in a hybrid Jakarta role. You will document incidents, assist in remediation, and help maintain ISO 27001 and PCI DSS compliance.

Collaboration with DevOps and IT teams is essential. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in cybersecurity or IT support, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and familiarity with SIEM and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in cybersecurity, IT support, or related technical field.
• Basic understanding of cloud networking concepts and security principles.
• Familiarity with SIEM systems.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud security solutions including cloud firewalls, endpoint security tools, and SIEM systems under supervision.
• Monitor and triage security alerts and logs using SIEM tools with guidance from senior analysts.
• Perform initial investigation of suspicious activities following established procedures.
• Document and escalate security incidents to SOC L2/L3 analysts and the Manager.
• Support incident response activities and assist in basic remediation under supervision.
• Support compliance initiatives and daily operations for ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other frameworks.
• Assist in compliance audits by providing documentation and evidence of controls.
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and development teams to support security best practices.
• Maintain records of security configurations, incidents, and response activities.
