Junior Secretary

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Secretary to join our team at PT Piping System Indonesia in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time role will provide essential administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handling a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Providing administrative support to our management team, including drafting correspondence and reports
• Maintaining organised filing systems and databases to store important documents and records
• Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support supervisor

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a range of stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and the willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Able to work under pressure and be multitasking
