Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and sales targets.
Develop proposals that detail products or services that meet client needs, outlining pricing information and terms of sale.
Monitor receivable collection and coordinate with finance to ensure the payment collection from customers is paid on time.
Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with customers.
Resolve customer service issues by communicating with customers to explain product features and benefits and answering any questions about products or services.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and determine their needs.
Prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Ability to give presentations about building material products, especially waterproofing products to the owner/developer and consultant.
Good communication skills with customers.
Wide networking with applicators, contractors, consultants, and owner/developers.
