What You’ll Do

  • Prospect Engagement - Host brief video or phone calls with inbound leads to learn their growth goals and introduce our solutions.
  • Solution Presentation - Share high-level recommendations, answer questions, and position our services.
  • Pipeline Management - Keep all lead data, notes, and next steps up to date in HubSpot.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with our sales director to ensure a smooth handover once a client signs.
  • Continuous Improvement - Take part in weekly coaching, role-plays, and product refresh sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ year in sales, client success, or tele-consultation (B2B services or healthcare a plus).
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and confident English for calls and emails.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to keep conversations structured and focused on client needs.
  • Basic knowledge of digital-marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO).
  • Comfortable with Zoom/Meet, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace; CRM experience is a bonus.
