We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) to join our team at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma), with placement in Yogyakarta. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and interested in software testing and writing simple documentation.

In this role, you will help test applications, find bugs, and make sure everything works as expected. You will also help write guides or documents to explain how the system works.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and review system requirements.
• Create test plans and test cases.
• Do manual testing and record the results.
• Report bugs or errors to the team.
• Work with developers and analysts to fix issues.
• Write and update user guides or system documentation.
• Make sure the documents are clear and easy to understand.
• Help with user testing and training materials when needed.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Communication, or similar field.
• At least 1 year of experience in QA, testing, or technical writing (internship/freelance is okay).
• Basic understanding of how software is developed (SDLC).
• Knowing tools like TestRail, Postman, or Katalon is a plus.
• Good in Microsoft Office and documentation tools (Word, Confluence, etc).
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
