Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing IT projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring that they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
2. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
3. The IT Project Manager has to define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of tasks.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

1. Experience handling Banking Projects for at least 2 years.
2. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Orange Scrum, Trello, etc.
3. Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and teams (in cross-functional teams) and also collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
4. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
6. Bachelor's degree in IT-related education.
