Adecco Group is a global HR solution company and currently supporting a client that operates in the flavors, fragrances, and specialty ingredients industry. We're looking for a Junior Production Operator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on tasks, can follow procedures precisely, and can work independently.

What will you do?

Responsibilities:

1. Support production activities including compounding, dispensing, and packaging of liquid products.
2. Handle small-batch sampling with high precision.
3. Accurately measure and weigh ingredients.
4. Ensure cleanliness of equipment and workspace to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

What are we looking for:

1. Willing to work on-site in Karawang.
2. Holds a Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area.
3. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role as Operator/Technician/Compounder in chemical manufacturing or production.
4. Comfortable working with liquid chemicals and not allergic to chemical substances.
5. Highly meticulous in measurement and handling of materials.
