Job summary

PT Global Urban Esensial is seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the product lifecycle in a hybrid working arrangement. You will manage product backlogs, collaborate with development teams on API integrations, and analyze user feedback for continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce or ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Min. 2-3 years experience as Product Manager in e-commerce or ERP.
• Understand RESTful APIs and JSON format.
• Familiar with webhooks and system integration.

Job description

• Manage product lifecycle: planning, execution, and evaluation
• Maintain product backlog, user stories, and Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
• Collaborate with developers to implement features and system integrations
• Design and understand API integrations (ERP, marketplace, logistics, payment gateway)
• Map workflows across systems: OMS, WMS, payment gateway, marketplace
• Gather user feedback and analyze product data for improvements
• Work with QA to ensure product quality
• Benchmark against competitors and follow eCommerce trends
• Create reports and product presentations
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Min. 2-3 years experience as Product Manager, (e-commerce or ERP background is preferred)
• Understand RESTful APIs, read API docs (Swagger, Postman) and work with JSON format
• Use Postman or similar tools for API testing
• Understand system integration (product sync, order flow, shipping updates)
• Familiar with webhooks, cron jobs, polling methods
• Know eCommerce systems: OMS, PIM, WMS, payment/logistics APIs
• Understand middleware and queue usage in system integration
• Proficient in Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong communication across teams
• Organized, adaptable, and collaborative
• Willing to work in a 12-months contract based, hybrid working arrangement in Bintaro
