Job summary

SUN Education Group mencari profesional Sales dan Marketing untuk mengembangkan kemitraan dengan universitas luar negeri dan perwakilannya di Indonesia. Peran ini melibatkan menjaga hubungan yang erat dengan mitra internasional, merancang acara perekrutan, serta mengembangkan pasar pendidikan luar negeri.

Anda akan mendukung Product Manager dalam seleksi produk, negosiasi perjanjian agen, dan pelatihan tim konselor serta manajer. Lokasi kerja: Meruya, Jakarta Barat, dengan kerja on-site penuh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (overseas graduates preferred).
• Minimum 2 years in BD/partnerships/product/marketing/sales/account mgmt.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in education/overseas education is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proactive, mature, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work full WFO in Meruya, Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

• Developing education market in Overseas University.
• Assist Product Manager in selecting products for universities/colleges around the allocated countries.
• Assist Product Manager in negotiation with partner institutions for agency agreements.
• Maintaining a good and proactive relationship with stakeholders.
• Monitoring sales progress.
• Monitoring Sunnies as our CRM and our partner institution's CRM.
• Devising marketing and sales strategy.
• Deliver training and Product Knowledge to counselors, admissions, and managers.
• Controlling and monitoring social media content.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
