Job summary

ilmuOne Data in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a junior mobile analytics specialist to install, configure, and support analytics for Android and iOS apps. You will work with tools like Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, AppsFlyer, and related SDKs to ensure accurate data collection and event tracking.

Responsibilities include QA validation, documentation, debugging, and collaboration with consultants and internal teams to meet client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of Android/iOS concepts.
• Familiar with API requests, JSON, and mobile debugging basics.
• Firebase, mobile SDKs or analytics tools are a plus.

• Install, configure, and support mobile analytics implementation for Android/iOS applications using tools such as Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms
• Support app tracking QA and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency across mobile platforms
• Assist in implementing SDKs, event tracking, and analytics configuration for mobile applications
• Support consultants and internal teams in troubleshooting app analytics issues and implementation dependencies
• Maintain documentation related to mobile app tracking implementation and data collection flow
• Conduct basic debugging and support break-fix activities for app analytics implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and technical requirements
• Keep updated with mobile analytics technologies, SDK implementation practices, and app ecosystem trends
