Job description

We are looking for an experienced App Developer to join our team and take responsibility for developing, maintaining, and improving our digital applications and their integration with our wider digital ecosystem, including our LMS, Apps, backend systems, and third-party services.

This position is available with flexible employment options, including Freelance and Non-Freelance arrangements, depending on the candidate’s availability, experience, and mutual agreement with the company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve mobile and digital applications.

Build user-friendly, responsive, and reliable application features.

Integrate applications with backend systems, APIs, databases, and LMS platforms.

Develop features for user registration, authentication, profiles, learning activities, notifications, and other application functions.

Integrate third‑party services such as payment gateways, AI services, authentication systems, and other APIs.

Ensure smooth data synchronization between the application, LMS, website, and backend systems.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and technical problems.

Optimize application performance, stability, security, and user experience.

Conduct testing and debugging before releasing new features or updates.

Maintain and improve existing application features based on user feedback and business requirements.

Collaborate with the team to translate product and business requirements into technical solutions.

Assist with application deployment, updates, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

Maintain clear and well-structured code and technical documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience as an App Developer / Mobile App Developer or in a similar role.

Experience developing and maintaining mobile applications.

Strong knowledge of at least one modern mobile development technology or framework such as Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or similar.

Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations.

Understanding of databases and data synchronization.

Experience with authentication, user management, and application security.

Familiarity with Git and version control.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience integrating applications with LMS or EdTech platforms.

Experience with payment gateway integration such as Midtrans, Xendit, or similar.

Experience with AI/API integrations.

Experience with push notifications and analytics.
