A leading game development studio in Yogyakarta is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Rich-Media Producer to manage interactive mobile ad experiences. The role involves coordinating production workflows, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating across internal teams and outsourcing partners, providing significant opportunities for growth.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Junior Rich-Media Producer to support the creation of interactive mobile ad experiences—such as mini-game ads. This role involves managing the day-to-day production workflow, coordinating between internal teams and outsourcing partners, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across all stages of a project.
Production Coordination
Assist in the production and delivery of rich media ad formats, ensuring projects remain on time and within scope.
Track project progress using internal tools (e.g., JIRA) and escalate issues to the senior producer when needed.
Outsource Communication
Communicate with external outsourcers to clarify briefs, communicate feedback, and ensure timely deliverables.
Maintain documentation and update internal tracking sheets for all outsourced work.
Quality Assurance
Review deliverables for quality and compliance with creative and technical specifications.
Coordinate with QA and developers to address bugs or integration issues.
Internal Collaboration
Support AdOps, Sales, and Design/Dev teams by relaying messages, organizing feedback, and updating follow-up documentation.
Join regular stand-ups or weekly syncs to stay aligned with cross-functional teams.
Tracking and Troubleshooting
Monitor the tracking performance of ads and assist in identifying issues.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve discrepancies or bugs efficiently.
Project Documentation
Ensure consistent and clear project documentation.
Contribute to improving internal processes by suggesting areas for operational efficiency.
2-3 years of experience in digital production, advertising, or game-related project management.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Skilled in Google Workspace and task tracking platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Familiarity with mobile ad platforms and basic technical knowledge of mobile ecosystems is a plus.
Posses a strong aptitude for data analysis.
Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate with multiple departments.
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset and critical thinking skills.
Adapt and eager to learn new tools and workflows.
Exposure to fast-paced, innovative mobile ad production.
