A leading retailer in Indonesia is seeking a Social Media & PR Junior Manager to enhance its digital presence. This role involves content strategy development, social media management, and performance analysis to drive brand engagement. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic with strong communication skills and a background in marketing or communications.
Social Media & PR Junior Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing the company’s social media and digital PR efforts. This role includes developing content strategies, collaborating with content creators and KOLs, handling paid social media campaigns, and evaluating performance to drive brand awareness, engagement, and digital marketing goals.
· Assist in content planning, scheduling, and manage across social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok)
· Work closely with agencies to execute and evaluate campaigns
· Develop promotional content for paid social ads
· Create basic copywriting for posts, captions, and stories aligned with the brand tone.
· Coordinate with content teams (or agency) for timely asset delivery.
· Monitor performance metrics and social trends to optimize strategy
· Assist in influencer/KOL outreach and content tracking thru TikTok & Instagram.
· Support performance analysis: track engagement, reach, growth, and campaign metrics.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns.
· Maintain and update social media calendar.
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
· Helping team event for inviting & build relations with KOL’s
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content role (internship included).
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad tools (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
· Good copywriting and communication skills to creat hook thru social media.
· Familiar with content planning and analytics
· Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or basic design/video editing tools.
· Understanding of basic social media metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.).
· Passionate about beauty/lifestyle brands is a plus.
· Creative thinker with creat content
· Agile and adaptive in fast-paced environments.
· Proactive and eager to learn.
· Experience with paid social ads or boosting.
· Experience with paid with KOL’s
· Familiar with social media tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
· Interest or background in [insert your industry: beauty, fashion, tech, etc.].
