Job summary

F Commerce in Jakarta is seeking a Junior Livestream Host to drive engagement and sales through live commerce sessions. You will host sessions across e-commerce platforms, promote products, and interact with viewers to build a lively shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in e-commerce livestreaming, strong communication, and is comfortable on camera. Willing to work in Kelapa Gading with shift schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience as a Live Stream Host in e-commerce.
• Proven track record of achieving GMV and sales targets.
• Experience in Home & Living or Fashion is a plus.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Familiar with live streaming tools such as OBS and TikTok Live Studio.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends when required.
• Willing to WFO in Kelapa Gading Area (North Jakarta).

• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and key selling points.
• Actively interact with viewers and respond to questions during live sessions.

• Monitor and adapt to the latest live commerce trends and platform features.
• Take ownership of live streaming performance and contribute to achieving GMV and sales targets.
• Continuously improve live streaming performance based on audience engagement and sales results.
