Job description

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies, and risk management guidelines.

Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on commercial and operational matters.

Assist in identifying potential legal risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Assist in updating and maintaining internal policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Assist in handling disputes, claims, or litigation matters, including coordinating with external counsel if necessary.

Provide legal support for conflict resolution related to commercial agreements.

Conduct legal research to stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact the business.

Prepare and communicate updates or legal briefs to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with exposure to commercial contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; additional languages are a plus.
