Duitku - Pt Kharisma Catur Mandala is seeking a Junior Legal Associate to join its banking compliance team in Depok. This on-site role offers a valuable early-career path for a newly qualified lawyer to work closely with senior attorneys and gain hands-on experience in contracts, research, and corporate law.

You will draft and review legal documents, perform research, support case preparation, and engage in client interactions to contribute to the firm’s regulatory compliance initiatives.

Formación

• Law degree from a recognized university and admission to the Indonesian Bar (Peradi).
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of legal experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Indonesian contract and corporate law.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• High level of professionalism and dedication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare memoranda on various legal issues.
• Support senior lawyers in case preparation and client management.
• Help maintain legal files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Attend client meetings and internal legal department discussions.
• Perform other legal duties as assigned by supervising attorneys.
