Job description

Have at least 1 year of experience in a legal role within a business environment.

Graduated with a bachelor's (S1) degree in Law. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.

Good knowledge about the company deed process.

Must be able to proceed with the OSS RBA 2020, possess good knowledge about OSS RBA 2020, and be able to process LKPM (Mandatory requirement).

Complete understanding of the external environment's influences on a corporation.

Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under multiple deadlines.

High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Handling clients' OSS RBA accounts (including the LKPM system).

Stay updated on Indonesia's Law Regulations, especially new OSS regulations.

Manage the company's deeds, legalities, and legal requirements.

Strategically counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters.
