Job description

A Project Manager role serving as the primary point of contact (PIC) for IT projects, responsible for comprehensive project oversight and execution. The position involves strategic planning, risk assessment, and active monitoring of project progress, with regular communication through weekly and monthly stakeholder meetings. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project management plans and delivering project updates via professional presentations. The role requires strong analytical skills to identify potential issues, develop effective solutions, and manage escalations to minimize risks. This position is crucial for ensuring project success through proactive management and clear communication channels among all involved parties.

What You Will Need

• Minimum SMK/SMA education background or currently studying in employee classes system
• At least 1.5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry (internship experience not counted)
• Experience in government projects
• Strong leadership to manage project teams, good negotiation skills, strong relationships with internal and external project members, analytical problem-solving skills, and knowledge of project management tools
• Consistent, good interpersonal skills, good listener
• Ability to work under time constraints and pressure
• Basic understanding of the IT industry
• Understanding of the Scrum Framework
