Job summary

MyRobin.ID in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager/HR Manager to lead outsourcing client engagements, drive workforce planning, and ensure delivery excellence.

You will coach teams, align with Indonesian Labor Law, and collaborate across functions to secure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager or HR manager in an outsourcing company.
• Leadership and the ability to develop and lead a team.
• Min 4–6 years in Project Management, HR Operations, Workforce Management, Recruitment, or related roles, preferably within an outsourcing, staffing, or manpower services company.
• Previous experience in a team lead, supervisor, or junior leadership role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations, including employee disciplinary processes, dispute resolution, handling employee grievances, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of related industries.
