About This Role

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing a work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection.

Conduct interviews and work with department heads to hire top talent.

Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.

Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.

Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures professionally.

Performance Management & Growth

Implement and oversee performance review processes to ensure ongoing employee development.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance and career growth.

Identify skill gaps and facilitate training programs to enhance staff capabilities.

Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time in coordination with finance.

Manage employee benefits, including BPJS, meal allowances, and other perks.

Continuously evaluate and improve compensation structures to maintain competitiveness.

HR Policies, Compliance & Labor Laws

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in alignment with Indonesian labor laws.

Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met to protect employees and the company.

Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.

Workplace Safety & Employee Well-being

Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing hygiene and safety regulations.

Develop initiatives to improve employee well-being, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HR software and employee management systems.
