A management consulting firm in Jakarta seeks an experienced HR Consultant to provide advisory services to corporate clients. The role involves analyzing HR systems, implementing recommendations, and requires a Master's degree along with 5+ years of experience in related fields. The consultant will play a key role in organizational development projects.
Provide advisory and consultancy service on HR issues to existing corporate clients.
Analyzing and evaluating current systems and structures.
Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedures, and drafting other documentation as required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required languages: Fluent proficiency in writing and spoken English, Bahasa Indonesia.
At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Project Management positions in implementing organization restructuring, job analysis and evaluation, salary structure and other related OD projects).
Required Skills: presentation, project management.
Strong computer skills: Power point, Excel, and Word.
