Job summary

Intrepid Asia in Indonesia is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to drive the creative output for our local teams and maintain the Intrepid brand across digital assets for ecommerce campaigns.

You will design banners, social posts, and ads, collaborate with senior designers, and keep a well-organized visual library while applying feedback and brand guidelines. A graphic design degree and proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD; After Effects a plus).
• Understanding of e-commerce design needs and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate well.

The Role

The Junior Graphic Designer must assume responsibility for the creative output of Intrepid Indonesia, maintaining standards for all communications and the Intrepid brand integrity through effective management of our design team.

You responsibilities will include

• Assist in designing digital assets such as banners, ads, social media post


• Collaborate with senior designers to ensure creative consistency across all designs


• Adapt and update existing designs based on feedback and brand guidelines


• Help maintain a visual library for the brands you work with, ensuring organized files and updated assets


• Support the team with the idea creation of design assets


• Stay updated with design trends and e-commerce design standards

Requirements

Who we look for - the ideal profile:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field


• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD - After Effect is a plus)


• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and their design needs


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
