Job summary

Intrepid Asia Indonesia is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to lead creative output for our local team and uphold the Intrepid brand. You will design digital assets, align with brand guidelines, and collaborate with senior designers to ensure consistency across all visuals.

You will maintain a visual library, support idea generation, and stay current with e-commerce design standards. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design and basic Adobe Suite knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD - After Effects is a plus).
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and their design needs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and feedback.
• Have an agile attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing digital assets such as banners, ads, social media post.
• Collaborate with senior designers to ensure creative consistency across all designs.
• Adapt and update existing designs based on feedback and brand guidelines.
• Help maintain a visual library for the brands you work with, ensuring organized files and updated assets.
• Support the team with the idea creation of design assets.
• Stay updated with design trends and e-commerce design standards.
