Job summary

Intrepid Indonesia is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to oversee the creative output, maintain brand integrity, and collaborate with the design team. You will design banners, ads, social posts, and digital assets while ensuring consistency with the Intrepid brand.

The role offers learning opportunities across ecommerce design, exposure to international brands, and a path for professional growth through training and our Intrepid University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD - After Effects is a plus).
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and their design needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and feedback.
• Have an agile attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing digital assets such as banners, ads, social media posts.
• Collaborate with senior designers to ensure creative consistency across all designs.
• Adapt and update existing designs based on feedback and brand guidelines.
• Help maintain a visual library for the brands you work with, ensuring organized files and updated assets.
• Support the team with the idea creation of design assets.
• Stay updated with design trends and e-commerce design standards.
