About the role

The Fraud Analyst is part of the Operations Department, which oversees the end-to-end process—from the moment a buyer searches for a product on Blibli to the final product delivery. The Operations team monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigates any fluctuations in operational performance. The department includes functions such as Customer Service, Payments, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate anomalies in marketplace transactions and document findings throughout the customer journey.
  • Examine suspicious e-commerce activities based on detailed data and pattern analysis.
  • Identify emerging fraud patterns or activities and recommend preventive or corrective action

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Management, Law, or Criminology.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to align with various stakeholders.
