Job summary

DOODEX, a partner of ODOO, seeks a finance professional in Indonesia to manage bookkeeping, forecasting, and reporting. You will ensure tax compliance, handle filings and audits, and oversee invoicing, collections, and cash flow. The role requires 1–2 years in finance and strong analytical skills, with English fluency enabled for cross-border communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in finance and taxation.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
Excellent communication and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Manage the company’s financial records, including bookkeeping, reporting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and update the company on any new rules or changes.
Handle tax filing, reconciliation, and audits (PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 25, VAT, etc.).
Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
Create budgets, manage cash flow, and monitor expenditures.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Work under pressure to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all financial records.
