Job description

1. Expense statement verification - Review of expense reports/reimbursements with all supporting bills as per travel policy. Maintaining high level of accuracy.

2. Reconciling expense reports with credit card statements & highlighting any discrepancies.

3. Monitor travel and other cash advances granted to employees, ensuring that they are timely closed.

4. Filing & documenting all invoices & expense reports.

5. Coordinating effectively with the sales force on any discrepancies.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s in accounting.

2. Proficiency in English (Fluent)

3. 1-2 yrs of work experience.
