Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles, standards, and taxation regulations.
• Proficient in the use of Accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Create and send invoices and tax documents correctly and on time.
• Check reimbursement requests, handle petty cash, and vendor payments.
• Review data and calculate taxes to follow the tax rules properly.
• Prepare and file tax returns and VAT reports in line with regulations.
• Make journal entries and perform account checks to keep financial records accurate.
• Help prepare proposals for new clients and update vendor info as needed.
• Enter and update task assignments in the employee system.
