Join our dynamic team at Abian Harmony Hotel as a Daily Worker Junior E-commerce in Denpasar, Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing our online reservations and bookings across various platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience. What you'll be doing

1. Manage all online reservations and bookings through our e-commerce platforms
2. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner
3. Liaise with our sales and marketing team to optimise our online presence and promotions
4. Maintain accurate records of all bookings and reservations
5. Assist with the implementation of new e-commerce strategies and initiatives
6. Collaborate with the wider hotel team to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience
7. Able to maintain channel manager and Distribution Channel
8. Able to operate Omnih, Bookandilnk or VHP system

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a customer service or e-commerce role, preferably within the hospitality industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and stakeholders
3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and reservation management systems
5. A passion for hospitality and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
