- Set up, monitoring, and optimization of paid ads (FB/IG Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads)
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, and Shopee Seller Center
- Create and maintain ad performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Conduct audience, keyword, and trend research relevant to the industry
- Support A/B testing and giving suggestion for creatives ads, copywriting ads, and targeting strategies ads
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or internship in a related field. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks or clients at once — a strong plus from agency work.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Shopee Ads is a plus
- Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, and basic data analysis
