Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu preferred).
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts and Jenkins or similar tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability platforms (Grafana, New Relic).
• Understanding of Git and version control workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health, availability, and performance of production systems.
• Perform first-level incident detection, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Execute runbook-based operational procedures including deployments and rollbacks.
• Support deployment verification, service recovery, and CI/CD processes.
• Monitor systems using observability tools and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
• Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Participate in shift-based operational support as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
