Job summary

OCBC Indonesia is seeking a data-driven LLM engineer fresh from academia or with up to 2 years of experience. You will build and ship LLM systems used by bankers and customers, while learning to evaluate AI through offline tests, A/B experiments, and live monitoring.

You will work hands-on with Python, vLLM, and prompting techniques, collaborating with Product, Risk, and Compliance to apply data science to credit risk and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in a quantitative field or up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience building something with LLMs (thesis, internship, projects, or hackathon) and be able to explain the concept and objective clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM systems and workflows to production for banking users
• Learn to evaluate AI properly: offline evals, A/B tests, live monitoring
• Work hands-on with Python, vLLM, prompt optimization, and fine-tuning
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance on real-world banking scenarios
