Datapower is seeking fresh graduates to join as Junior Data Analysts / Consultants. The role combines hands-on data analysis and modelling with strategy analysis and development, translating insights into practical business recommendations.

The ideal candidate has strong quantitative background in Mathematics, CS, Statistics or Data Science, and proficiency in Python and SQL. Fluent English and willingness to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment are required.

Qualifications

• Top-tier university graduates with GPA ≥ 3.5/4.0
• Strong analytical, numerical, and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of data preparation, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data preparation, analysis, and modelling.
• Ability to interpret analytical results and connect them to practical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Data Preparation and Cleaning: Collect, consolidate, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and modelling.
• Feature Engineering and Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, customer behaviours, risk indicators, and business opportunities.
• Support development and validation of analytical models; translate results into actionable business insights.
• Train, test, validate, and compare model performance; monitor model outcomes over time.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to align modelling work with business strategy.
