We are seeking an experienced Junior & Senior Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Odoo customization (version 17), with the ability to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Odoo modules and customizations.
2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules, workflows, and reports.
4. Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
5. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo functionality and performance.
7. API integration with mobile and web platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Odoo development and customization (preferably Odoo 17).
• Strong understanding of Odoo’s architecture and data models.
• Familiarity with Linux-based server environments.
