GoCreators Agency is seeking a remote, full-time contributor for video editing, creative production, and project management. The role supports the creation of viral short-form ad videos for apps, working across time zones with a focus on data-driven creativity and market insights.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in creative writing for paid ads, plus familiarity with paid ad platforms and trend analysis.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in creative writing for short-form videos (paid ads).
• Experience in data analysis and identifying trends from paid sources.
• Knowledge of current organic trends and viral formats in the UGC landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creative development process, including script writing and reviewing final videos.
• Participate in creative team brainstorming sessions.
• Study the market and competitors and gather feedback.
• Analyze test results and propose new hypotheses based on analysis.

• Format: remote (8 hours a day, Mon - Fri)
• Fixed salary for the 3 months probation period with the increase after the probation period.

What you have

You have experience in Creative production:

• You have at least one year of experience in creative writing for short-form videos (for paid ads)

You have experience in data analysis and can identify trends from paid sources:

• You have worked with paid ad platforms and tracking tools to identify current trends in paid media creatives.

You know current (organic) trends:

• You can easily name viral sounds that are popular online
• You know popular viral formats (e.g. street interviews, podcasts) as well as viral trends (e.g. ”I love my suitcase”, etc)
• You have deep knowledge of current trends and cultural nuances in the UGC landscape.

You are creative and think outside the box:

• You can generate original ideas and translate them into compelling concepts.
• You have strong storytelling skills and a deep understanding of audience preferences on social media.
• You are ready to explore new ideas and experiment with different content formats.

You are good at time management:

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• You possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Previous experience in a creative agency or on the brand side
