Job summary

You will analyze performance, generate dashboards, and collaborate with operations, finance, and rental support to translate data into actionable recommendations for increasing efficiency and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a startup company is an advantage.
• Strong self-management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer usage, including MS Office & Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and organize data related to rental driver activities, fleet usage, and operational metrics.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze driver performance metrics, including fulfilment rate, online driver performance and earning, and compliance with company policies.
• Operational Insights: Evaluate rental trends, peak usage times, and driver availability.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create dashboards, reports, and visual presentations for key stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, finance, and rental support teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Problem-Solving: Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to rental systems, driver data, and customer feedback.
