Job summary

PT. MAX AUTO INDONESIA in Medan is seeking a Data Analytics professional to join our team. The role focuses on data collection, cleaning, and management of driver and fleet metrics to drive operational insights and improve service delivery.

You will analyze performance, generate dashboards, and collaborate with operations, finance, and rental support to translate data into actionable recommendations for increasing efficiency and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a startup company is an advantage.
• Strong self-management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer usage, including MS Office & Google Sheets.

Evaluate rental trends, peak usage times, and driver availability.
Provide insights to optimize fleet management and rental processes.

Reporting & Visualization:
Create dashboards, reports, and visual presentations for key stakeholders.
Deliver actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and revenue.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations, finance, and rental support teams to align analytics with business goals.
Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
