Job summary

Tada seeks a Junior Chemical Engineer to join the Production Support team in Bekasi, West Java. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to chemical production processes and close collaboration with senior engineers and operators to keep facilities safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include process monitoring, data analysis, SOP updates, basic lab tests, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or 1–3 years of relevant experience encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of fundamental chemical engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of process safety and environmental regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with Bahasa Indonesia and English is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in monitoring and controlling chemical production processes.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support troubleshooting of process upsets and equipment issues.
• Participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and safety reviews.
• Help develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and optimization projects.
• Prepare reports on production performance, safety observations, and quality control findings.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams on equipment issues and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety and environmental policies in Bekasi.
