Junior Business Development & Sales (B2B) – Entry Level

Are you ready to launch your career in international B2B sales and project execution?

Molecular Processing Solutions LLC (MPS) is a global manufacturer of high-performance carbonation systems used by beverage companies across Asia, Europe, and the US. Our technology powers bottling lines and beverage plants that produce sparkling water, soft drinks, and more.

We are looking for a Junior Business Development & Sales professional to join our Jakarta-based team and grow into a key player in our regional operations. You will work closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive new business and support successful project execution.

This is a high-growth opportunity for candidates who want exposure to real clients, technology, and international business from day one.

This position will challenge and develop your commercial, technical, and leadership skills — preparing you for a future role as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Project Lead.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

Qualifications

  • Languages: Proficient in English (minimum B2 level – speaking and writing)
  • Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
  • Base Salary: From Rp 8,000,000/month (negotiable based on qualifications)
  • Annual Paid Leave: 24 working days per calendar year, in accordance with the official working calendar of Georgia.
  • Performance-Based Bonus:
  • 0.5% of the total contract value on projects you actively support
  • Business Travel: Opportunities to travel within Asia for client meetings, exhibitions, and installations

Work Type: Full-Time (WFO)

This role involves real responsibility from the start — far beyond entry-level admin tasks. You will:

  • Present solutions and projects to international clients across Asia, in both physical meetings and online sessions.
  • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions across Asia to promote MPS technology and generate leads.
  • Manage the full project cycle, assisting and then eventually leading activities such as:
  • Generating and qualifying new B2B leads through outreach, research, and networking
  • Preparing commercial offers, presentations, and custom proposals
  • Supporting and eventually leading contract negotiations
  • Coordinating with related teams to align technical specifications and production schedules
  • Following up with clients on project status and payment collection
  • Track project progress, manage documentation, and support timely internal reporting.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
