Job Description:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), or Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define user stories, product features, and enhancements.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or reengineering.
• Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and assisting users in validating results.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure that proposed technical solutions align with business objectives and user needs.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment such as SaaS, fintech, or digital product companies.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and documentation tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Stoplight.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and define business requirements, manage scope, and contribute to Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, SQL, ERP or business intelligence (BI) platforms is a plus.
